This fish is also known as 'Pou Yu' in Cantonese. This fish is wild caught & they're SEASONAL so they are not available daily. There are aproximately 1-3 fish per kg.

*Weight of fish charged to you shall be the exact weight before the scales & guts are removed. There will be AT LEAST 50% weight loss from the removal of the stingray body & tail. We will send you the (edible parts) sting ray wings only.
