Prices
Due to the nature of fresh seafood, prices on MySeafoodMart.com may fluctuate frequently. Prices may be affected by factors such as the daily catch, weather conditions, fishing conditions, seasonal demand and festive periods.
The price displayed at the time your order is placed will always be honoured, regardless of any subsequent price changes.
Weight
The weight displayed on MySeafoodMart.com refers to the gross weight of the seafood before cleaning.
For fish, the final weight after removing the scales and guts will generally be approximately 15–20% lower than the gross weight.
As fresh seafood is naturally variable in size and weight, the actual weight supplied may differ slightly from the weight requested or displayed. We will always make every reasonable effort to keep the weight difference to a minimum and provide an amount as close as possible to your requested weight.
Fish Preparation
All whole fish sold on MySeafoodMart.com will be cleaned with the scales and guts removed before delivery.
For particularly large fish that cannot fit into our insulated packaging, we reserve the right to cut the fish into suitable portions to ensure it can be properly packed and transported.
Availability
All fresh seafood is sold on a pre-order basis.
We do not keep stocks of fresh seafood. Our fresh seafood comes from the daily catch, and the quantity and variety available depend on the day's fishing conditions and catch.
As the amount of seafood caught cannot be guaranteed, an item ordered may occasionally become unavailable.
If an ordered item is unavailable, you may choose to:
- Replace it with another available item; or
- Postpone your order to a later delivery date.
We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
Bank Transfer Payments

Your order will only be processed once payment has been received and the proof of payment has been provided.
Payment must be made at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. Orders without payment may be cancelled.
Delivery Time
Our deliveries are carried out by appointed third-party logistics providers.
While we will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the scheduled delivery window, delivery times may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, road conditions, delivery volume and other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery times are therefore estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery
We deliver orders to the main entrance of the delivery address provided at checkout.
We are unable to deliver to an alternative address unless the delivery address has been updated and confirmed with us in advance.
While we make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the agreed delivery period, MySeafoodMart.com will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, severe weather, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Freshness Guarantee, Returns & Refunds
Our promise is simple:

We take the freshness of our seafood seriously. If you believe that an item delivered to you is not fresh, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery via WhatsApp and provide clear photographs of the affected seafood.
Our team will review the issue and, where we confirm that the seafood is not fresh, we will issue a full refund for the affected item.
Because fresh seafood is highly perishable, refund requests made more than 12 hours after delivery will not be processed.
To help us resolve any issue quickly, please keep the affected seafood and packaging until we have completed our assessment.
