Ordering fresh seafood from MySeafoodMart.com is simple. Just choose your seafood, select your preferred delivery date, make payment and we'll take care of the rest.
1. Choose Your Seafood
Browse our seafood categories or use the search function to find what you're looking for.
Our fresh seafood is available on a pre-order basis and comes from the daily catch, so availability may vary from day to day.
2. Select Your Products
When you find something you'd like to order:
- Select the quantity or weight you would like to purchase.
- Click Add to Cart.
- Continue shopping if you would like to add more items.
You can view your selected items at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.
If you would like to order more of the same product, simply adjust the quantity in your shopping cart.
3. Review Your Order
Once you have finished shopping, click Checkout.
Review your order carefully to make sure that:
- All the seafood you want is included
- The quantities are correct
- Your delivery address is correct
- Your preferred delivery date is selected
You can make changes to your order before completing checkout.
4. Enter Your Delivery Details
Enter your name, phone number and delivery address.
If you already have a MySeafoodMart account, simply log in and your saved details will be available for you to use.
If you are a new customer, you can create an account during checkout.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. These details will be used by our delivery provider to deliver your order.
5. Choose Your Delivery Date
Select your preferred delivery date during checkout.
Important:
Our fresh seafood is available on a pre-order basis and we provide next-day delivery.
Please place your order before our 11AM cut-off for next-day delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Choose Your Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method at checkout and complete your payment.
For bank transfer payments, please send your proof of payment together with your order number to:

Your order will only be processed once payment has been received and the proof of payment has been provided.
7. Confirm Your Order
Review your order one final time, read and agree to our Terms & Conditions, then click Confirm Order.
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, we'll prepare your seafood for your selected delivery date.
