How much is delivery?

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of RM15 for deliveries within our service area.

Delivery is FREE for orders of RM200 and above.

When do you deliver?

We provide next-day delivery for fresh seafood orders.

Please place your order by our 11AM cut-off for next-day delivery.

Our usual delivery window is:

5PM – 8PM

We do not offer morning deliveries.

Delivery schedules may vary on selected public holidays and during periods when our fishery is closed.

How are my orders packed?

We take extra care when packing fresh seafood.

Each type of seafood is packed separately in a food-grade zip-lock bag and placed inside an insulated styrofoam box.

The box is then packed with ice to help maintain a low temperature and keep your seafood fresh during transportation.

Will my fish be cleaned?

Yes.

Our whole fish are cleaned before delivery, with the scales and guts removed.

Please note that the final weight will be lower than the gross weight due to the removal of the scales and guts.

Do you provide a cutting service?

Yes!

We also provide a cutting service based on your request. If you would like your fish cut into steaks, fillets, portions or other specific cuts, simply let us know when placing your order.

Please note that cutting options may vary depending on the type and size of the fish.

If you have a specific cutting request, please include it in the order notes or contact us after placing your order.

Will prawns and squid be cleaned?

No.

Prawns, squid and other shellfish are supplied uncleaned.

This allows us to preserve their freshness and quality for as long as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. You may request to change or cancel your order at least one day before your scheduled delivery date.

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change, as our fresh seafood is purchased and prepared according to customer pre-orders.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes.

You can add or update your delivery address during checkout. If you have multiple saved addresses, you can select the appropriate address when placing your order.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct before completing your order.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

After completing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order details.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can also contact us if you need help confirming your order.

Can I order seafood that is out of stock?

Fresh seafood is sold on a pre-order basis and availability depends on the daily catch.

If an item is unavailable or sold out, it cannot be ordered through the website at that time.

Because our seafood comes from the daily catch, availability can change from day to day.

What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

Please make arrangements to ensure that someone is available to receive your order during the delivery window.

If nobody is available to receive the order, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery.

An additional delivery fee may apply for rescheduled deliveries.

Can I visit your office to choose my seafood?

No.

We do not operate a physical retail seafood shop and do not keep stocks of fresh seafood at our office.

Our fresh seafood is sourced according to customer orders and comes from the daily catch. This helps us maintain the freshness of the seafood we deliver.

Where does your seafood come from?

Our fresh seafood is sourced directly from Pulau Ketam and its surrounding fishing grounds.

We work within the local fishing industry and source seafood from the daily catch.

How fresh is the seafood?

Our fresh seafood is sourced from the daily catch and delivered directly from Pulau Ketam to your doorstep.

Because seafood is highly perishable, we pack your order with ice and take care to keep it chilled throughout the delivery process.

While we take every reasonable measure to maintain freshness, seafood is a natural product and its condition can vary depending on the species and handling.

Our Freshness Guarantee

If you believe an item you received is not fresh, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and send us clear photographs of the affected seafood.

Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will provide a full refund for the affected item.

For more information, please see our Freshness Guarantee / Returns & Refunds policy.

Why is some seafood unavailable even though it was listed on the website?

Unlike frozen products kept in storage, the rest of our fresh seafood comes from the daily catch.

The amount and variety caught can change depending on weather, sea conditions, tides and fishing activity.

This means that occasionally an item may become unavailable even after an order has been placed.

If this happens, we'll contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or delivery-date change.

Why does MySeafoodMart operate on a pre-order basis?

We don't want fresh seafood sitting in storage for several days waiting for someone to buy it.

By operating primarily on a pre-order basis, we can source seafood according to customer demand and arrange delivery soon after it arrives from the fishery.

Less time in storage. More freshness on your table.
