Here's a special treat for seafood lovers! We're offering these extremely rare Soft Shell Red Prawns, harvested during their moulting stage when they shed their hard shells, leaving them with exceptionally soft and delicate shells.

Unlike regular prawns, the entire prawn can be eaten, from head to tail! Their soft shells allow you to enjoy the whole prawn without peeling.

Another special feature? No deveining needed! These prawns do not have the usual dark digestive veins during this moulting stage, so you can enjoy them whole.

For a delicious treat, dip the prawns in batter, deep-fry until golden and crispy, then coat them in your favourite sauce for a flavourful dish that's perfect for sharing. Try salted egg yolk, creamy butter sauce or sweet and spicy sauce for a delicious twist!
