Perfect for making traditional fish balls, fish cakes and other fish paste-based dishes, allowing you to customise the flavour and texture to your preference.

This product is raw, unseasoned fish paste meat and is not ready to use straight away. You will need to add water and your own seasonings, then process the mixture further to achieve the desired consistency for making fish balls or fish paste.
